TravelBrands is helping advisors meet the growing demand for travel planning.

Today, TravelBrands announced the successful launch of its enhanced contact center solution. A collaboration with Local Measure, the project uses the latest technology to improve efficiency and productivity for thousands of travel advisors across Canada.

“We are thrilled to have collaborated with Local Measure to transform our operations,” said Nathalie Tanious, President & CEO of H.I.S.-Red Label Vacations.

The new contact center solution leverages Local Measure Engage for Amazon Connect, a contact center system that utlizes AWS (Amazon Web Services, a cloud-computing platform) and generative AI. This state-of-the-art call center will “provide seamless inbound/outbound voice communication and CRM integration,” TravelBrands said in a release.

“This initiative was essential to meet the growing demand and increasing volume we are experiencing,” said Tanious. “The new contact centre solution optimizes our operational efficiency and greatly elevates the experience we offer. The project required immense effort, and our team executed this transformation flawlessly.”
