Delta Air Lines Will Soon Serve Shake Shack Burgers to Some of its Passengers

Delta Air Lines is partnering with Shake Shack to bring their burgers to its flights.

Delta will introduce Shake Shack cheeseburgers to its First-Class menu on flights departing from Boston Logan International Airport starting December 1. This exclusive offering will be available on flights over 900 miles, including routes to Honolulu, Seattle, Los Angeles, and London Heathrow.

Here’s what Delta says about the full meal:

“The Shake Shack Cheeseburger features a 100% Angus beef patty, topped with cheese and served on a toasted potato bun. You can customize your burger to create the signature ShackBurger, with toppings like tomato, lettuce and Shake Shack’s famous ShackSauce, all served on the side. The meal also features chips, a Caesar salad, and a dark chocolate brownie reminiscent of Shack Attack flavors from some of the brand’s dessert offerings.”

First-Class passengers on those flights will have the opportunity to pre-select for the Shake Shack meal via the Fly Delta app or a link in their email starting seven days before departure.

Delta says it has plans for “expansion to other U.S. markets throughout 2025” but did not reveal those plans just yet, but flyers can expect it to come to more routes, out of more cities sometime next year.

The addition comes as part of Delta’s longstanding partnership with Danny Meyer, the creator of Shake Shack and Union Square Hospitality. Meyer has created other meals for Delta in the past, including some offerings in the new Delta One Lounge at JFK International.
