Abercrombie & Kent (A&K) has officially opened its newest DMC, with the debut of its Mexico DMC.

The DMC will be led by A&K veteran Graeme Bull, who also spearheaded the opening of A&K’s Colombia DMC and Latin American expansion. Bull said that the hope for A&K is to have “clients on the ground, through the DMC, by the end of the year.”

A&K will pair the DMC with a new property it plans to open in Mexico sometime “over the coming year.”

“With our new DMC and an upcoming property in the Yucatan, we are well-positioned to craft extraordinary journeys that showcase the very best of Mexico. We are hoping to have our doors open and receive clients on the ground through the DMC by the end of the year, with the property to follow,” he said.

It’s been a big year for A&K already—it has announced a return to Cuba, a new 14-day Raja Ampat Journey, a new Nile riverboat, and a new luxury riverboat in Peru, which is expected to come next year.

At its 100 Club Event in April, Amy Weyman, the managing director and executive vice president of marketing for A&K said that “this is the most exciting time yet in A&K;’s future,” as the company aims to both innovate and simplify for its partners and guests.
