WestJet’s booking platform, WestJet Agent Direct, is now available to new users.

WestJet Agent Direct was designed exclusively for travel advisors, and includes enhanced features such as self-serve changes and cancellations.

Canadian airline WestJet rolled out the easy-to-use platform earlier this year for users already on the previous booking tool, WestJet Agent. Now, new users can register for WestJet Agent Direct and begin booking.

“We’re excited to be able to offer the WestJet Agent Direct booking platform to all our travel trade partners ahead of the new year,” said Amanda Ierfino, director of sales at WestJet. “We know our partners have been eagerly awaiting a replacement for our previous booking channel, and we sincerely appreciate their patience and understanding as we worked to deliver a tool that meets their needs. We look forward to welcoming new users to WestJet Agent Direct.”

WestJet is running a contest for new and existing users of the platform: Get on Board with WestJet Agent Direct. Travel advisors will have 10 chances to win WestJet gift cards, Extended Comfort vouchers and prize packs. Unlimited bonus entries are available for bookings made on the platform. The contest runs until Feb. 3, 2025.
