Rental Escapes has unveiled its “Luxury Villa Rentals of the Year,” showcasing the best of the best in the extensive portfolio.

Out of more than 5,000 properties, the company chose eight – one for each distinct category – for the list based on location, amenities, guest reviews, and travel advisor, villa specialist, and concierge services feedback.

“We are thrilled to present the top villa rentals for 2025 as travelers plan their next luxurious getaway,” said Willie Fernandez, chief marketing officer of Rental Escapes. “These extraordinary properties have been handpicked for their unmatched ability to offer unforgettable experiences, whether guests are seeking a relaxing retreat or a grand adventure.”
