As Sun Princess gears up for its arrival to North America, Princess Cruises is revamping the onboard dining again. The line first made dining changes with days of the ship’s debut.

The new dining changes accommodate the all-new dining space for the Sanctuary Collection, which will now be found on Deck 8 aft (formerly the location of the Americana Diner).

The Catch by Rudi is also moving, to Deck 7, adjacent to the Piazza (formerly the location of the Signature Restaurant), as is The Butcher’s Block by Dario, which is moving to Deck 7, forward (formerly the location of Crown Grill).

Crown Grill is moving to Deck 7 aft (the former location of the Reserve Collection Restaurant).

Finally, the Americana Diner is moving to Deck 9 aft.

In addition to the location changes, Park 19 has been renamed the SkyDeck Sports Court & Track.

“With the relocation and transformation of these popular specialty restaurants, we’re not only enhancing the ambiance but also optimizing the overall dining experience for our guests,” said Sami Kohen, vice president of food & beverage for Princess Cruises. “These new locations allow us to expand capacity while also creating more intimate and immersive culinary environments, ensuring that every meal aboard Sun Princess is truly exceptional.”

All changes take effect Oct. 14, 2024.
