Viking has launched a new and improved Travel Advisor Portal, which it says provides everything advisors need to sell Viking river, ocean, and expedition cruises.

The new portal provides a wide range of tools including marketing content and assets for building co-branded websites, as well as the line’s Travel Advisor Academy.

“For 27 years, curious travelers have explored the world in comfort with Viking, and one of the reasons we have enjoyed success is because of our relationships with travel advisors,” said Torstein Hagen, chairman and CEO of Viking. “We have always had some of the most trade-friendly policies… This new and improved portal is the latest step in our effort to be the best business partner for travel advisors.”

New improvements to the site include:

  • Search multiple cruise types using intuitive filters to find itineraries by city, port, month, or date range.
  • Search for qualifying sailings by offer code.
  • Sort bookings by upcoming payment deadlines using a new booking dashboard.
  • Search for a booking by guest name and filter by booking status.
  • Select from all stateroom categories with a new interactive room selection tool.
  • Add Air Plus during an online booking without needing to call Viking’s Air Department.
  • Download and send a PDF eQuote or print a quote for clients.
