U.S. News & World Report has released its 2025 best cruise line rankings and once again Viking and Disney Cruise Line have taken all but one of the top spots. This year, Virgin Voyages was knocked out of the top spot for Best Value by Celebrity Cruises. Virgin had held the top position in that category for the past two years.

For the 12th straight year, Disney maintains the mantle as Best Cruise Line for Families.

The 2025 rankings cover 18 cruise lines and are divided into six categories: Best Cruise Lines for the Money, Best Cruise Lines for Families, Best Cruise Lines for Couples, Best Cruise Lines in the Caribbean, Best Cruise Lines in the Mediterranean, and Best Luxury Cruise Lines.
