Travel Leaders Group Acquires Mexico’s CTS

by Marilee Crocker / May 11, 2017

Travel Leaders Group extended its reach into Latin America with the acquisition of Mexico-based Corporate Travel Services (CTS).

With annual sales of $350 million and 600 employees, CTS is Mexico’s largest independent travel management company, according to Travel Leaders. The firm concentrates roughly 65% of its volume in business travel, while also serving luxury leisure travelers; its MICE division is its strongest growth area.

CEO Ninan Chacko indicated that Travel Leaders Group will continue to expand through acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

Terms of the CTS acquisition were not released.
