Tauck Provides Co-Branded Web Pages to Supercharge Group Sales

Tauck is partnering with Approach Guides to provide travel advisors with customizable, co-branded web pages specifically designed to “supercharge” their group sales of Tauck’s river cruises.

The pages are highly customizable, allowing advisors to add custom sales messages, group pricing, departure dates, and trip details to the pages.

“We’re seeing unprecedented demand for group travel, especially for our river cruises,” said Steve Spivak, Tauck vice president of global sales and reservations. “Our new technology is poised to revolutionize how our valued travel advisor partners sell this hot category, allowing them to be far more efficient, deliver an elevated class of service to their clients, and earn more.”

The new marketing pages build on Tauck’s existing partnership with Approach Guides, which provides advisors with a variety of pre-built co-branded marketing pages on such topics as the recent relaunch of Tauck trips to Cuba, its Smaller Group land tours, and more.

The service is available immediately for advisors selling groups on Tauck’s river cruises, but will be rolled out to all Tauck group departures over the coming year. Advisors need to contact their Tauck Group Sales executive for their invitation to the program.

Tauck is the first river cruise line to partner with Approach Guides. Several ocean-going lines, including Norwegian Cruise Line, Regent Seven Seas, and Oceania Cruises, have also partnered with the company for co-brandable websites.

“After launching with our trade solution broadly in September 2023, Tauck has worked with us to adapt the underlying technology to address the unique requirements of specific categories, most notably groups,” said Approach Guides co-founder & CMO Jennifer Raezer. “What Tauck is offering is the first of its kind. Group-focused advisors, and those looking to expand their groups business, are going to love it.”

Tauck is offering a training webinar for advisors interested in using the new service on July 24 at 3pm ET.
