Norwegian Cruise Line is revealing three brand-new onboard experiences that will be found onboard sister ships Norwegian Aqua and Norwegian Luna, the first two vessels in the line’s Prima Plus Class set to launch in April 2025 and 2026, respectively.

Fun & games

Both ships will feature the line’s first-ever Game Zones, an all-new gaming experience and evolution of NCL’s popular Galaxy Pavilion and arcade venues. Each Game Zone will feature expanded and redesigned spaces, including Bull’s Eye Bar, a complimentary experience with interactive dart games and a new full-service bar; and Tee Time, a supercharged – and for-fee – version of mini-golf where guests can play 12 interactive holes across two decks.

The venue will also showcase such VR games and activities, such as Space Racing and Beat Hero, plus a mix of retro arcade games like Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Down the Clown.

The Mandara Spa and Salon, along with Pulse Fitness Center, will also be refreshed with new treatments added to the menu including a clay sana, IV drip therapy, and thalassotherapy loungers.

“We provide our guests with more to do with a variety of fun, exciting and elevated experiences for every type of traveler,” said David J. Herrera, president of NCL.

Tee Time, the Prima Class interactive minigolf course themed around the “Wonders of the World,” will return to Norwegian Aqua and Norwegian Luna two and a half times bigger than on Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva, providing 12 holes across two decks.

Lastly, as a result of guest feedback, the Pickleball Court will return to its own dedicated space separate from The Stadium.

Enhanced wellness

Both the Mandara Spa and Salon and Pulse Fitness Center onboard Norwegian Aqua and Norwegian Luna will be redesigned, with the thermal suite receiving twice as many heated loungers as on Norwegian Prim and Viva. Similarly, the thalassotherapy pool will feature all-new thalassotherapy loungers, which promote relaxation, soothe muscle tension, and improve circulation.

The brand-new Clay Sauna is designed to revitalize the skin through detoxifying cleansing and gentle exfoliation, while the IV Drip Therapy provides a boost of hydration and essential nutrients.

Beginning April 2025, Norwegian Aqua will sail seven-day Caribbean itineraries departing from Port Canaveral. One year later, Norwegian Luna will kick off its inaugural Caribbean season from Miami with two Western Caribbean itineraries, followed by a series of Eastern Caribbean journeys.
