On Aug. 1 Crystal will launch an all-new booking engine for travel advisors designed to streamline and enhance the booking experience.

“Travel advisors are at the heart of our business, and we are committed to providing them with the best tools and resources available,” said Marett Taylor, chief sales officer at A&K Travel Group. “Our new booking engine is a testament to our dedication to innovation and excellence. We believe it will significantly enhance the efficiency of our valued travel partners…”

Key features of the new engine include:

  • an intuitive user interface that has a clean, easy-to-navigate design;
  • real-time availability on departure availability, suite categories, and pricing;
  • advanced algorithms that can provide cruise recommendations based on clients’ preferences;
  • and access to special deals and promotions.

With the launch of the booking system, Crystal is also providing a dedicated support team and comprehensive training resources, including webinars, video tutorials, and step-by-step guides, to ensure travel advisors get the most out of the new system.

Advisors can find out more about the new booking engine at crystalcruises.com/travel-advisors or by email at salessupport@crystalcruises.com.
