Celebrity Cruises Elevates ‘The Retreat’ Experience

Celebrity Cruises is elevating its “The Retreat” experience with a range of new perks and amenities.

“At The Retreat, the world really does revolve around our guests,” said Laura Hodges Bethge, president of Celebrity Cruises. “We collected extensive feedback from past guests, loyalty members, and our trade partners to inform how The Retreat experiences are being reimagined…”

As always, The Retreat guests have access to a dedicated butler, who is now just a message way with Butler Chat. A new dedicated shore excursions expert is also now available to The Retreat guests.

In Luminae, new culinary enhancements include new Daniel Boulud Signature dishes, and a new rotating dinner and dessert menu. In-suite, guests can enjoy personalized daily delights, selected from the in-suite dining menu, as well as a complimentary stocked minibar.

Also new are reserved seating in the Theatre, and for guests saying in Royal Suites and above, complimentary laundry service is now available, along with unlimited pressing.

Perks and amenities that continue from before include:

  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in-suite, selected from the in-suite dining menu, available daily.
  • Complimentary wine (choices of red, white, and bubbly) in The Retreat Lounge, Luminae, and in-suite.
  • Express priority luggage drop off and delivery on embarkation.

Guests staying in Royal Suites and above also have access to:

  • Complimentary Extend Your Stay, which provides the ability to stay onboard longer on disembarkation day in selected ports.
  • Complimentary SEA Thermal Suite access of Edge-class ships and the Persian Garden on Millennium- and Solstice-class ships.
  • Complimentary unlimited specialty dining, including lunch and dinner.
  • Ability to customize their in-suite minibar experience before sailing.
  • Two free bottles of wine or spirits throughout their sailing.
