What to Know About Hyatt’s “Inclusive Collection” as the Brand Continues to Grow

Luxury travel is on the rise, with guests booking more extended stays at all-inclusive resorts and multi-generational travel increasing in leaps and bounds. In December 2022, AMR Collection, a favorite amongst travelers and travel advisors, was rebranded under the World of Hyatt “Inclusive Collection.”

The “Inclusive Collection” roll-out in 2023 will continue with new resorts added to the roster. In addition, travel advisors can expect extensive marketing campaigns for each brand throughout the year. The nine brands include Hyatt Ziva resorts, Hyatt Zilara resorts, Zoetry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Hyatt Vivid Hotels & Resorts (coming soon), Alua Hotels & Resorts and Sunscape Resorts & Spas.

Good News for Travel Advisors
More inclusive properties in the market means more high-commission bookings for travel advisors. December 2022 saw the opening of Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia, a lush property set in Marigot Bay (the location of the Pirates of the Caribbean movie), and Secrets Impression Moxché Playa del Carmen. Secrets Moxche is a luxury all-suite boutique property that offers an elevated “Endless Privileges” experience with dedicated in-room butlers.

This growth continues in 2023. There will be more training and a Facebook page for advisors, with a dedicated agent website going live in spring 2023. These were announced at the 3rd annual December 2022 AMResorts “Amazing Agent Celebration” in the Dominican Republic.

New advisor loyalty programs also will be announced during the year. Advisors can access these resources by signing up for the AMRewards program at AMRewards.com. With the full backing of the AMRewards program, travel advisors can partner with the Hyatt Inclusive Collection to learn more about the portfolio and luxury offerings by working with their BDM, leveraging tools and resources, and becoming a part of the Master Agent program that trains travel advisors on products, resorts and customer base.

In addition, there will be more luxury and wedding fams to Europe.

In the Americas, the following resorts are slated to open throughout 2023.

– Dreams Flora Resort & Spa (Dominican Republic): Slated to February 2023

– Secrets Impression Isla Mujeres (Mexico): Expected to open March 2023, adults-only.

– Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club (Mexico): Slated to open in summer 2023.

– Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlán Golf & Spa Resort (Mexico): Slated to open in 2023.

– Secrets Tides Punta Cana (Dominican Republic): Expected to open in Fall 2023, adults-only.

– Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa (St. Lucia): Slated to open in late 2023, adults-only.

Hyatt Expands Its European Footprint
The acquisition of Apple Leisure Group Vacation in 2021 allowed Hyatt’s all-inclusive offerings to increase its European footprint. Over 25 hotels and resorts joined the Hyatt Inclusive Collection in December 2022, with more expected in 2023.

These included five distinct all-inclusive resorts in Bulgaria’s Black Sea, Sunny Beach and Obzor, which are expected to open in 2023 and 2024. Under the Inclusive Collection umbrella, these properties are expected to be branded Secrets Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, and Alua Hotels & Resorts.

The first Dreams Resort & Spa in Porto Santo, Madeira, Portugal, will strengthen Hyatt’s offerings further. There will be 10 a la carte restaurants, seven bars, unlimited top-shelf spirits, and nightly entertainment. The resort’s expected opening is planned for 2024, along with these upcoming European resorts:

– Secrets Sunny Beach Resort & Spa (expected May 1, 2023, Bulgaria)

– Dreams Sunny Beach Resort & Spa (expected May 1, 2023, Bulgaria)

– Alua Helios Bay (expected May 1, 2023, Bulgaria)

– AluaSun Helios Beach (expected May 1, 2023, Bulgaria)
