TTC Tour Brands and Tourism Switzerland Announce “Swisstainable” Global Fam

As part of an ongoing partnership with Tourism Switzerland, TTC Tour Brands is inviting top travel advisors from around the world to apply for a chance to travel on an educational trip, showcasing offerings from Trafalgar, Costsaver, Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold in Switzerland. The trip will focus on each brand’s sustainability-focused “Make Travel Matter” experiences.

“We’re looking forward to continuing our partnership with Tourism Switzerland and having the opportunity to give top advisors first-hand experience with our products in Switzerland,” said Melissa DaSilva, president of TTC Tour Brands, North America. “Sustainable travel is extremely important to our brands. By showcasing some of our key Make Travel Matter experiences, we hope the advisors on this trip will learn what makes this an important aspect of the travel experience with TTC Tour Brands.”

The seven-day tour departs July 22, 2023. Advisors will travel through Switzerland with stops in Lucerne, St. Moritz, Zermatt and Geneva, all while experiencing programming from all four TTC Tour Brands. Experiences will include a Trafalgar “Be My Guest” dinner in Kussnacht, as well as a Costsaver Choice Optional excursion to Mount Stanserhorn by way of funicular railway and Cabrio cable car.

Advisors will also enjoy an Insight Vacations VIP dining experience at Drehrestaurant Rondorama, a Luxury Gold hike through the Swiss Alps, a rail journey on the world-famous Glacier Express from St. Moritz to Zermatt, and more.

Make Travel Matter experiences will include a visit to the Swiss Transportation Museum for an interactive sustainability tour courtesy of Luxury Gold and a visit to the Alpinum Culinarium, a hub for regional culinary excellence where advisors will learn about rare fruits and berries and enjoy a seasonal juice tasting with dinner from Insight Vacations.

In Lake Geneva, travelers will learn about Switzerland’s wine ecosystem with a tasting and lunch inspired by Luxury Gold.

Accommodations the trip will reflect those that would be experienced on each brand’s itineraries from the Astoria Hotel in Lucerne (Insight Vacations), the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski in St. Moritz (Luxury Gold), and Mirabeau Hotel (Trafalgar).

During the final night in Geneva, advisors will have the opportunity to attend a gala dinner with music, entertainment and giveaways. TTC Tour Brands CEO Gavin Tollman and representatives from Tourism Switzerland will be in attendance for advisors to speak with and learn more about TTC Tours Brands and Tourism Switzerland initiatives.
