Closed since the fall of 2022 because of repairs due to the impact of Hurricane Ian, the Ritz-Carlton, Naples has finally set a reopening date.

The property, which was undergoing renovation and expansion even prior to its closure, will once again welcome guests on July 6, 2023, with some major changes in place. Most notably, those include a new Vanderbilt Tower, which features a new Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge and 70 club-level guestrooms, a new lobby, and three new dining experiences.

The three new restaurants are Sofra, a vegetable-forward Eastern Mediterranean-style restaurant, the coffee shop Moka, and a third restaurant concept that will be announced later this year. Those join the resort’s existing restaurants, The Grill and Gumbo Limbo.

The hotel has also re-imagined its other 474 guest rooms and suites, with updated designs, and added more options. With those additions, the hotel will offer more than 90 multi-room suites, including Royal Suites with three bedrooms and bathrooms designed for extended stays.

The property’s outdoor spaces have also been revamped with new pools, bungalows, and cabanas. The bungalows will be fully enclosed, with air conditioning, and cascading doors, and its own private bath, television, and entertainment system.

“We are thrilled to announce our opening date and look forward to welcoming back our Ladies and Gentlemen soon as we prepare for our first guests to check in this July at our new resort,” said Ritz-Carlton Area General Manager Mark Ferland. “Our goal was to create an even more exceptional guest experience, and we are confident that our new additions will exceed expectations.”
