Scenic Group, the parent company of Emerald Cruises and Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours, has hired four travel industry veterans to join its sales team. New appointees include Manny Celdran as senior director of field sales, Denise Reichwein Lees as regional sales director for the Northeast,  Georgia Ridenhour as regional sales director for the southwest, and Garette Ziem as regional sales director for the Midwest.

“We are thrilled and very fortunate to have so much talent joining our growing team,” said Elizabeth Fettes, vice president of sales, Scenic Group USA. “We look forward to their collective expertise and industry knowledge expanding our ability to support our great trade partners in a year of bringing on new capacity for both our Scenic and Emerald Cruises brands…”

Celdran comes to Scenic after spending most of his career with Celebrity Cruises. In his new role, he will oversee all the regional sales directors. He can be reached at manny.celdran@scenicusa.com.

Reichwein joins Scenic after previously serving as director of sales for the U.S. market at MSC Cruises and as a business development manager for Royal Caribbean. She can be reached at georgia.ridenhour@scenicusa.com.

Ziem began his 25-year career with GOGO Vacations, but most recently worked as director of sales and marketing for Tru by Hilton Indianapolis. He will support the trade in the Midwest region (IA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MI, MN, NE, OH, WI) and can be reached at garette.ziem@scenicusa.com.
