Riverside Luxury Cruises, the European luxury river cruise company, is partnering with Jerne to offer travel advisors a simplified solution to organize familiarization trip opportunities.

Toronto-based Jerne is a software company known for its platform connecting travel professionals (like advisors, as well as influencers and content creators) with hundreds of tour operators, hotels, cruise lines, and other suppliers around the world.

Currently, travel advisors can apply for more than 500 Riverside voyages on the Danube, Rhine, Rhône, Moselle and Main rivers through December 2025. The Jerne platform simplifies this process by providing a tool to search for, apply to, organize, and manage these FAM trips.

“According to our survey of hundreds of top travel advisors, their priority is experiencing new product that they can share with their top clients,” said Tim Morgan, CEO, Jerne. “By partnering with the exceptional Riverside product, we are able to provide exactly what they’re looking for in order to build new sales for themselves and their agency.”

After registering an account, travel advisors can create a profile that “tells the story of their business,” according to a release. Not only does Jerne vet the FAM applications, but it also provides users with a place to manage and share content collected on those trips.

“Partnering with Jerne gives us an efficient and effective platform to manage the vetting, application process, and marketing opportunity related to hosting travel advisors,” said Jen Halboth, CEO of Riverside Luxury Cruises. “Riverside values Travel Advisors’ indispensable role in creating unforgettable experiences for their clients and we understand it’s important to experience a travel product firsthand.”

While all travel advisors are invited to apply, those with over $1.5 million in annual sales will be given preference for Riverside FAM trips.
