Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled “Regent Elevate,” a new travel partner program designed to “raise their mutually-beneficial partnership” with travel advisors. Comprising, “Elevated Insights,” “Elevated Support,” and “Elevated Growth” opportunities, the program offers advisors a variety of educational and marketing tools.

“At Regent, we believe that travel advisors are the lifeblood of the cruise industry, and our mission is to empower them to succeed,” said Andrea DeMarco, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Rewarding their dedication, expertise, and passion, Regent Elevate is an extraordinary new program created exclusively with our travel partners in mind, focusing on providing marketing insights, unrivaled sales support, and growth-enhancing opportunities.”

Elevated Insights
The Elevated Insights piece of the program takes travel advisors through a comprehensive training program, and introduces them to market research and data that can help them target Regent guests.

As part of Regent Elevate, RSSC University has been revamped and relaunched with new graduate degree levels and news courses. A new Master’s degree includes courses such as The Regent Guest, Epicurean Perfection, Personalized Service, and Luxurious Space.

Regent has also doubled its RSSC University bonus commission amount from $100 to $200 for each new reservations submitted within 120 days following degree completion.

Additionally, Regent is partnering with The Travel Institute, offering 100 travel advisors the chance to receive a sponsored scholarship to become a Certified Travel Associate (CTA).

Elevated Support
The line’s sales and marketing tools, marketing collateral, and Marketing Central asset portal, make up Elevated Support. New to this piece of the program is a new webinar – developed in cooperation with hotel strategist Larry Mogelonsky, MBA, P. Eng. – that focuses on how Regent compares to luxury hotel land-based vacations, and includes a luxury hotel comparison toolkit.

“The new tools we have developed for our valued travel partners will assist in articulating the outstanding value found with a Regent cruise and will help them showcase the unrivaled Regent experience for their luxury hotel clients to enjoy again and again – all while helping them earn more,” said Jennifer Pintaluba, vice president of trade marketing and sales engagement.

Invitations to the new webinar and access to the sales toolkit will be sent later this month.

Elevated Growth
In the final piece of Regent Elevate, the line provides advisors with a variety of incentives and promotional offers.

Additionally, as a thank you for travel advisors’ continued partnership, Regent is offering the opportunity for advisors to earn more with a $250 gift card incentive in the month of October for any newly deposited 2024 bookings.
