Quark Expeditions has launched an all-new Quote & Hold tool designed to help travel advisors sell its expedition cruises more efficiently. The tool enables advisors to generate quotes in real-time, secure cabin space 24/7, and manage the administrative process independently.

“Our commitment to innovation is driven by our desire to empower travel advisors with the tools they need to confidently and efficiently sell polar travel,” said Sebastian Canape, director of trade marketing for Quark. “The newly launched Quote and Hold tool will significantly enhance the advisor experience, allowing our advisors to deliver exceptional service with greater speed and precision than ever before.”

To use the Quote & Hold tool, advisor can log onto Quark’s Partner Portal and navigate to the Tools and Apps section. From there, they can create quotes and place holds for their clients using the new tool.

The launch of the Quote & Hold tool is one piece of Quark Expeditions’ broader suite of initiatives designed to enhance the travel advisor experience. Other tools include the recently introduced Brand Folder, which provides a comprehensive database of knowledge and tools to help advisors learn about and sell new itineraries, promotions, and season launches.
