Princess will maintain two-thirds of its remaining visits to Skagway, Alaska this year, but 10 sailings will need to be changed due to the closure of the port’s forward dock.

The forward dock is the only one in the port city that can accommodate Princess’ Royal Class ships. As a result, the line will make the following alterations:

  • The August 23 and September 6 sail dates for Majestic Princess and August 25 and September 1 sailings for Discovery Princess will feature Icy Strait Point instead of Skagway;
  • The August 16 and August 30 sail dates for Royal Princess will feature Haines instead of Skagway;
  • And the September 8 and September 22 sail dates for Discovery Princess and September 13 sail dates for Royal Princess will visit Sitka instead of Skagway.
