Kensington Tours Adds Private Shore Excursions to Cruise Offerings

Kensington Tours is broadening its Voyages by Kensington Tours program with the introduction of exclusive private guided shore excursions. Voyages by Kensington Tours pairs river and ocean cruises with private land-based experiences either before or after the cruise. The new shore excursions are available in more than 165 global ports.
Tours can all be customized as they all come with a private driver and guide who will tailor the tour to the traveler’s unique interests and requirements.
“While many people want to see the highlights in each port, others are looking to go beyond the main sightseeing attractions they may have already visited and want to explore some of the more off the radar or hidden gems in each destination that aren’t covered on other shore excursions,” said Joelle Davis, vice president of cruise at Kensington Tours.
The new tours are available on sailings with Atlas Ocean Voyages, Celebrity, Explora Journeys, Seabourn, and Silversea, as well as river cruise lines such as AmaWaterways, VIVA, Avalon, Sanctuary, Scenic, and Emerald.
