Delta Air Lines will be resuming service from Atlanta (ATL) and New York City’s JFK to Grantley Adams International Airport in Barbados later this year.

“We are extremely excited to welcome Delta Airlines back to Barbados for the forthcoming winter season,” said Peter Mayers, U.S. director for the Barbados Ministry of Tourism, Inc. “This new non-stop service from two U.S. major hubs, Atlanta and New York City, marks a significant milestone for us and will not only add an element of convenience for the traveler but will further complement our efforts to grow and diversify the U.S. market.”

The daily service from Atlanta will begin Nov. 23, departing ATL at 9:45am and arriving in Barbados at 3:20pm. The return trip will depart Barbados at 4:40pm and arrive back in Atlanta at 9pm.

The once-per week service from New York City will begin Dec. 21, departing JFK every Saturday at 8:15am and arriving in Barbados at 2:05pm. The return flight will depart Barbados at 3:25pm, arriving back in New York City at 7:35pm.
