Quark Expeditions has launched the “Ultimate Summer in the Arctic” sweepstakes, which gives travel advisors the chance to win one of 10 places on a July 2025 Arctic cruise.

“The Ultimate Summer in The Arctic Sweepstakes is all about celebrating the dedication of travel advisors,” said Sebastian Canape, director of trade marketing at Quark Expeditions. “Travel advisors work tirelessly each and every day to make other people’s dreams come true. Now, it’s their chance to experience the beauty of the Arctic and gain the firsthand knowledge and expertise to inspire and promote polar travel to their clients.”

The contest gives winners, selected at random, the opportunity to embark on a 13-day “Ultimate Arctic Voyage” form Svalbard to Jan Mayen to Iceland (July 7-19, 2025), hosted by one of the line’s business development managers.

To enter the contest, travel advisors must register on the sign-up page and then collect points between July 24 and Sept. 30, 2024. Participants can earn points in a variety of different ways, including making an Arctic booking (3 points), attending or watching one of the line’s five Arctic educational webinars (1 point), sharing Arctic content on social media (1 point), and subscribing to the Q Travel Advisor newsletter (1 point). The more points advisors accumulate, the better their chance of winning.

Winners will be notified within two weeks of the incentive period ending by their local BDM.

The Ultimate Summer in the Arctic Sweepstakes coincides with other trade initiatives by Quark Expeditions, including the launch of the Partner Portal and, most recently, the introduction of the comprehensive Brand Folder.
